FOR AUTHORS

  • Originality : Work must be original and not plagiarized. Proper citation is mandatory for all sources
  • Concurrent submission : Manuscripts should not be submitted to multiple journals simultaneously.
  • Data and consent : Authors must be prepared to provide evidence of informed consent for studies involving human participants, particularly vulnerable populations or those involving donated organs.
  • Conflict of interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

FOR REVIEWERS

  • Confidentiality : Maintain confidentiality of manuscripts and never use them for personal gain
  • Objectivity : Conduct reviews based on evidence and without bias.
  • Conflict of interest : Decline to review any manuscript where a conflict of interest exists and inform the editor.
  • Promptness : Inform the editor if a thorough and timely review is not possible
  • Suggestions : Point out relevant published work that has not been cited.

FOR EDITORS

  • Fairness : Give unbiased consideration to all manuscripts and make decisions based on their merits.
  • Confidentiality : Keep the peer-review process confidential
  • Misconduct : Investigate credible allegations of misconduct in consultation with Taylor & Francis
  • Corrections : Ensure appropriate corrections are published if convincing evidence of an error is found in a published article
